MCLEAN, VA – October 18, 2021 – Gannett Co., Inc. (“Gannett”, “we”, “our”, “our” or the “Company”) (NYSE: GCI) today announced that Gannett Holdings LLC (the “Borrower”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has entered into a five-year senior secured term loan facility in the aggregate principal amount of $ 516 million (the “Credit Facility ”) On October 15, 2021.
